By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined below.

🔒 Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

🔄 Policy Updates

Lifeline Development reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated accordingly.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.

⚠️ Scope of Services

Lifeline Development provides coaching, guidance, and support services. These services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis services.

🧠 Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. While guidance and support are provided, outcomes are dependent on each individual’s participation, effort, and personal decisions.

🩷 Respect & Professional Boundaries

A safe and respectful environment is essential. Lifeline Development reserves the right to discontinue services if:

  • Boundaries are not respected

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior occurs

  • Needs fall outside the scope of coaching

Scheduling & Appointments

All sessions are scheduled in advance through our booking system. Please ensure you select the service that best fits your needs at the time of booking.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in limited booking access

🚫 No-Show Policy

If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

After three (3) no-shows, services may be discontinued. In such cases, any remaining sessions or programs will not be eligible for a refund.

💳 Payments & Programs

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • All sessions and packages are non-refundable

  • Programs must be used within the designated timeframe provided at purchase

  • Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received

📱 Session Format & Communication

Sessions may take place via phone or video. By booking, you agree to participate using the appropriate technology.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Having a reliable internet or phone connection

  • Being in a quiet, private space during sessions
