By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined below.
🔒 Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
🔄 Policy Updates
Lifeline Development reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated accordingly.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
⚠️ Scope of Services
Lifeline Development provides mentorship, guidance, and support services designed to assist individuals and families in navigating challenges, building skills, and moving forward with clarity.
These services are non-clinical and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention.

🧠 Client Responsibility
Mentorship is a collaborative process. While guidance, perspective, and support are provided, outcomes depend on each individual’s participation, effort, and personal decisions.
🩷 Respect & Professional Boundaries
Creating a safe and respectful environment is essential.
Lifeline Development reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if:
Boundaries are not respected
Inappropriate or disruptive behavior occurs
Needs fall outside the scope of services
👨👩👧 Parent/Guardian Involvement (For Minors)
For individuals under 18, parent or guardian consent is required.
Parent involvement may be included as appropriate, while still maintaining a supportive and respectful space for the individual.
⏰ Scheduling & Appointments
All sessions are scheduled in advance through the booking system. Please select the service that best fits your needs at the time of booking.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session
Repeated late cancellations may result in limited booking access
🚫 No-Show Policy
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.
After three (3) no-shows, services may be discontinued. Any remaining sessions or programs will not be eligible for a refund.
💳 Payments & Programs
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
All sessions and programs are non-refundable
Programs must be used within the designated timeframe
Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received
📱 Session Format & Communication
Sessions are conducted via phone or secure video unless otherwise specified.
Certain programs and events may be held in person, and details will be provided at the time of registration.
By booking, you agree to participate using the appropriate format and are responsible for:
Ensuring a reliable phone or internet connection for virtual sessions
Joining from a quiet, private space to maintain focus and confidentiality
Arriving on time and prepared for any in-person sessions or events
🌿 Community Resource Guidance
Lifeline Development may provide guidance toward community resources, programs, or additional support services when appropriate. These recommendations are intended to serve as a supportive extension and stepping stone, but participation in outside services is the client’s responsibility.
